Our rental station is conveniently based only a few minutes drive from the main terminal building and we provide a free shuttle service for your convenience. When you arrive at Manchester Airport please proceed to the following bus stops and wait for collection. You are looking for a Green Motion branded bus that will circlulate every 15 - 25 mins. Terminal 1 Please proceed out of the main arrival floors doors (Sign posted towards the taxi's and buses) and make your way left down the pavement to bus stop E. Terminal 2 Please proceed out of the main doors on the ground floor, turn right and make your way to bus stop C on Palma Avenue. Terminal 3 Please proceed out of the main arrivals floor doors (Sign posted towards the taxi's and buses) and make your way to bus stop A. Airport Train Station Please make your way to either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 collection bus stop. We cannot collect from the station pick up area. If you are concerned you are in the incorrect location or that the bus is delayed

Additional driver: £10 per day. Booster seats: £13 per day with a Maximum charge of £130 (on request). Baby seats: £13 per day with a Maximum charge of £130 (on request). • Limit of 95 miles per day (£0.25 per extra mile). Unlimited mileage can be purchased at the desk for an extra cost of £7.80 per day.
• CDW (Loss Damage Waiver) and Vehicle Theft Waiver (TW) with Excess. (Not included: Tyres, Roof, Undercarriage, Glass, Wheels, Rear view and side mirrors, Windows, Hubcaps, etc. Please check with the Car Rental Provider on arrival).
• Third Party Liability.
• One-way has been added to the price quoted online and payable at the counter, only applicable for One Way Rentals.
Fuel Policy:
Your vehicle will be supplied with fuel. The level of fuel supplied is not guaranteed and will be between 1/8 tank and full. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it with the same amount of fuel as it had when you collected it. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return your car with the same amount of fuel as it had when you collected it. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station. A refuelling charge may also be applicable.
Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk.
Electric vehicles: Your car will be supplied with a fully charged battery. This will provide you with maximum range of approx. 90 miles. You are not required to return the vehicle fully charged, but please ensure you have sufficient charge to return to your pick-up location.
Cross Border:
Green Motion vehicles can only be used on the UK mainland including Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Permission for use in Ireland* or on the continent and France will attract the following charges: The cost will be calculated as the Standard rental + £125 surcharge + £20 per part calendar day.
Permission is not assured and must be sought from the Green Motion supplying location 7 days prior to any overseas use. It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure all that all European driving regulations are followed including GB stickers plus any mandatory equipment required. If prior notice is not given then permission at the rental counter may be refused.
When a vehicle is taken overseas a daily mileage limit of 90 miles will be applied to the ENTIRE rental. Mileage over the agreed amount with be charged at 50 pence per mile.
Green Motion are unable to provide 'French Air Quality Certificates' to customers wishing to drive in Paris, Grenoble or Lyon therefore fines and potential charges may apply. We would recommend you do not drive our vehicles in these cities. If you take our vehicle to these cities and incur a fine then all costs relating to this fine will need to be covered by the hirer.
*Vehicles hired in Northern Ireland will not attract a fee for travel into the Republic of Ireland.
