I just made a reservation to pick up a car at the Southampton train station and your system changed it to the airport location. How can I get that fixed?

It would of that early on during the booking process, as the airport is the only location with cars at that time/date, as the pick-up day is a Sunday. You can look at your options by logging into viewmyreservation.com

well that makes sense but it is rather frustrating because I chose your company based on the downtown location being close to the docks where we are arriving by cruise ship....
